Coerce a context tree Comparison to a Tidy Data Frame — as.data.frame.transitiontrees

Uniform tidy-extract: returns the per-pathway divergence breakdown (object$pathways) — the consumer-facing detail behind the scalar pdist and the permutation p_value.

Arguments
